Survey on obtaining the deeds of our Apartments

 හිතවත් නිවාස හිමි මහත්ම මහත්මියනි,

MCRRA කලමණාකරන කමිටුව විසින් 2021-07-24 වෙනි දින සිට 2021-07-27 වැනි දින දක්වා පැවති සමීක්ෂණය නිමා විය. මෙහිදී අප ඇසු ප්‍රශ්නය.

නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයකට යාමට වඩා මාගේ ඔප්පුව සදහා රු 60,000 ගෙවීමට සතුටුයි ? Yes/No

 මෙහි දී මධ්‍යස්ථ පාර්ශවයක් ලෙස අප සංවිධාන කටයුතු සහ පහසුකම් සපයන ලදි. නිවාස ලභා ගැනීමේ දී නිවාස හිමියන් ලභා දුන් ඉ-තැපැල් සියල්ලට ක්‍රමවත් ලෙස දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරනා ලදි ඉ තැපැල් නොමැති අය සඳහා දුරකථන ඇමතුම් ලබා දීම සිදු කරන ලදී එමෙන්ම සියලුම නිවාස ඒකක තුල සිංහලෙන් සහ ඉංග්‍රීසි මාධ්‍යයෙන් සමීක්ෂණය පිලි බඳව දැනුවත් කරනා ලදි. ඉ තැපැල් භාවිතා නො කරන අය සඳහා මතය ප්‍රකාශ කිරීම සදහා මුද්‍ර තබන ලද බහාලුමක් තබනා ලදි.

 මතය ප්‍රකාශ කිරීමේ විස්තර පත්‍රිකාවෙ ක්‍රමවේදයේ (f) වගන්තියේ පරිදි

“ f) Email සදහා ප්‍රතිචාර ලබා දෙන මතය ඉදිරිපත් කරන නිවැසියන්ගේ තීරණය මත ඉදිරි ඔප්පු ගනුදෙනුව හෝ නීති ක්‍රියා මාර්ග ගනු ලබනවා.”

ඉ තැපැල් සදහා සහ online ක්‍රමයට සහ කඊයලයට පැමිණ ඊට ප්‍රථිචාර දැක්වීම මත අප කමිටුවට අවබොද කර ගත හැකි වන්නේ බහුතරය නිවාස සංවර්ධන අධිකාරියට 60 0 0 0 ගෙවා සිය ඔප්පුව ලබා ගැනීමට එකඟ බවයි. 

ඒ අනුව මවුන්ට් කිලිfර්ඩ් රේන්ජ් නිවැසියන්ගේ සංගමය නිවැසියන් බහුතරය ප්‍රකාෂ කල මතයට එකඟතාව පල කරන්නෙමු.

Dear House Owners ,

The survey carried out by the Management Committee of MCRRA from 24.07.2021,to 27.07.2021 to have the opinion of house owners regarding deeds matter is over . 

The question forwarded to you was ,

      - I am happy to pay Rs. 60,000/= & get my deed earliest possible , 

         rather than fighting a legal case . (Yes/No)

In this case we intervened as an impartial group to organize & facilitate the process . The owners were duly informed through their email addresses given at the time of registration . Those who dont have email addresses were informed over telephone calls. Notice in this regard in English & Sinhala languages was pasted in notice board of each Block. A sealed box was kept at FMI office for those who dont use email, to express their opinion .

The sentence ' f ' in the given information sheet indicated ;

" the next process to obtain deeds or to take legal action will depend on the opinion of the owners who responded via email .

 

The outcome of the opinion received via email & responded through the form given we understood / concluded that the majority is willing to pay 

Rs. 60,000/- to NHDA to obtain the deed.

Accordingly we as the Management Committee accept to the opinion of the majority .
